Sore throat and hand pain

hi everyone i was wondering if anyone has anything similar? every few days i seem to get a sore throat and i have the need to clench my teeth. I also get hand pain and the need to crack my fingers often to get relief. Other than this im pretty healthy but this seems to come in cycles. I get occasional knee pain and pain in my glands. No sweats or weight loss. I have had some hair thinning though but maybe im just getting older. Sometimes i get a burning mouth but it only lasts a day tbh.
